Floyd's frugal foods, part one.

Instead of writing about my miserable attempts at trying to ride the city bus again, being so late and having to resort to calling a cab that drove right by when it finally showed up, or being 45 minutes late to my orientation at Bubba Gumps, I will tell you about my newest recipe. Yes! I, Rachel J. Floyd, created my very own original recipe, much like the colonel himself.

Its great for a quick breakfast on the go, or a fast answer to those late night cravings. Easy to make, easy to eat. I call it: Rachel's Scrumptious Refried Bean Sandwich!

Ingredients:

-Bread (I prefer whole grain)

-1 Can of refried beans

First scoop refried beans onto bread. If you like cold beans, eat it. If you like your beans toasty and warm, stick bread in the microwave (cover if you care about the cleanliness of your microwave as beans sometimes explode) Heat.

Its a fast, delicious, and healthy meal, especially if you have no money or desire to buy tortillas.
